I’ve always had good experiences at this dentist. I had a great young man (don’t remember his name though…guy with curly hair) who did my initial cleaning. I wish I could remember his name to properly give him credit for his great work. I learned for the first time that I have ticklish spots in my mouth that I never knew about rather than pain I had experienced at other dentists. I’m sure he remembers my laughs from the tickling I experienced. Dr. Liu is always great!!! This visit I had 6 cavities that he filled. He explained everything that he was going to do and insured me that it would be painless and it was. Historically, I’ve hated going to dentists thus why I had so many cavities since I stopped going to dentists 19 years ago. After meeting and talking with Dr Liu, I now feel very comfortable with him and his dental services such that I don’t mind going now. For the first time in my life, I’m actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months. I can’t say enough great things about both the dental hygienist (young man) and Dr. Liu. I’m sure the others working there are just as great and friendly but I can only comment on those two super guys who I had.

Awesome... so glad my daughter recommended this place . It was a hour drive , but the doctor was very polite and explained everything including my insurance. The staff were all young again they were polite and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone

My Son was so afraid of the dentist! I finally got him to go and he had the most amazing dentist. She was so kind and understanding. He loves going to her now! Everyone is totally awesome in there! From the assistants to the lady at the desk to the dentist 10/10!

All of the staff were awesome and Dr.Shao is great with kids. She made sure to explain everything and make sure my son was comfortable every step of the way. They got us in quick, we had a cleaning and fillings done in the same week. A great experience

Dr Lee worked me in at the last minute because I was having extreme sensitivity to cold. Reviewing my X-rays, Dr Lee diagnosed a large cavity under a filling. He recommended a root canal and did it right then I really don’t like dental work but now I am PAIN FREE!

I had a filling fall out with cavities and was having severe pain and needed the tooth addressed with other cavities and I have anxiety about dentists after an experience years ago where I was accidentally poked pretty hard with a sharp tool in my mouth, and Dr. Lee and the entire staff were so understanding and attentive and took great care and my experience was absolutely amazing! From the first call talking to Alexis who was exceptionally friendly and got me in on a walk- in appointment before 3 pm, to the staff making sure they knew what my insurance coverage was and were very thorough about making sure it was verified what insurance would pay and what I would owe, which was very important so there were no surprises, it was honestly my best experience ever at a dentist clinic! They promptly got me in the next day on a SATURDAY which was surprising, and we decided to extract or pull my molar per my ultimate preference, but all options including a root canal were offered. Dr. Lee explained all the options and procedures and even pricing right on the spot! He is so kind, patient, and increasingly skilled and knowledgeable! One thing I was THRILLED about was they offer NITROUS OXIDE ( HAPPY GAS) as an option on top of local anesthesia and I have literally never in my life been so incredibly at ease during a dental appointment, never mind an extraction! He had already called in an antibiotic and pain killer to my pharmacy immediately after my initial walk in and said I could use numbing gel as needed afterward too. They thoroughly explained my discharge instructions. He was very careful during the procedure to take extra care to make sure I was completely numb giving me extra local anesthesia before and during my procedure while I stayed on happy gas entire time, checking on how I was and keeping me very relaxed and the happy gas and local combined kept me one step away from being asleep from the relaxation. This place saved me from a lot of pain. I was overcharged from another dentist and not only did tell me, but corrected my issues. Very relaxed for a dental office. Dr Li is very confident and explains thoroughly down to the costs. So glad to have found this place.

Went to a different dentist they "drilled and filled" a cavity. Went back complaining of pain the said I chipped the filling. Fixed it and the next morning thar fix came off tooth. Went in as an emergency to here and they did a root canal. No more tooth pain. They also were compassionate and upfront about dental plan and pricing. I will not go anywhere else again. Love the care I received.

I had a dental emergency and not only did they get me in right away, I had a root canal done the same day as a new patient. Dr. Lee is amazing and the staff is super friendly! I have serious anxiety at the dentist but I’m at ease here. It’s been almost 2 years since my first visit and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!

I just have to say Secure Dental is absolutely amazing. Daughter had a dental emergency and the portage office was able to get her in the same day. They were so comforting to my daughter. They were upfront with pricing and everything. Daughter need to have a root canal done. They were able to have that scheduled and done within 3 days. Lake station office did her root canal and they also were so amazing. My daughter was so nervous and they helped her relaxing and she came out smiling. Definitely will be switching all my kids to this dentist. Thank you for ever!!!
